Request Authorization
Log into your account and submit a return request to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items
Carefully fold the uncut fabric and place it in its original packaging or a secure shipping box.

Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring old labels are covered.

Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned fabric, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
